We didn't come to Orlando to blend in.

La Venezuela De Antier Food 2 was born from a simple conviction: that the food of home should never have to compromise. Every recipe in our kitchen arrived with a story — passed down, argued over, perfected at family tables.

Our arepas aren't adapted for local palates. They're pressed the way they've been pressed for centuries: white corn dough, folded around whatever the heart is craving, then grilled until the edges crisp and the inside stays soft. That's not a gimmick. That's just how we were taught.
